Avenues for Health

My name is Ashley Guillaume and I am honored to bring you the art of massage!

Biology and the human body have fascinated me since I was a child. At Drake University, I pursued my interest, as a Biology major with a pre-med focus.  Medical school was put on hold to explore other paths before deciding to get back to my roots with a career in massage therapy. 

​

I studied at Body Wisdom Massage School, licensed in January 2016.  I was chosen to carry on Avenues for Health, started in 1995, in May of 2016. Since that time, I have expanded my modalities and skills, and now also teach Pathology (the study of disease) to budding massage students at Body Wisdom.

​

Summers add a whole different aspect to my massage business, as it takes me all over the Midwest working with athletes, specifically bikers, on recreational bike rides such as RAGBRAI; contracted by the wonderful Pork Belly Ventures!
