Deep Tissue----Pre-Natal----Infant Massage----Positional Release----Cupping----
Deep Tissue
Helps ease stress and tension by accessing the deeper layers of muscles, tendons and fascia. By working slowly and waiting for the tissue to melt, it allows the body to release chronic muscle tension and reduce inflammation-related pain caused by arthritis and tendonitis. Deep Tissue Massage can help lower blood pressure, stress hormone levels and heart rate while boosting mood and relaxation by triggering the release of oxytocin and serotonin.
Pre-Natal
Reduce the mother-to-be's joint aches and anxiety in this pampering session. Massage stimulates soft tissue to reduce collection of fluids in swollen joints caused by pressure on blood vessels. Studies suggests there are maternal and newborn health benefits when therapeutic massage is incorporated into regular pre-natal care.
Infant Massage
Let me teach you another avenue for bonding with your baby. Not only do you get quality time with your little one, massage can help them sleep, and may help reduce crying. Learn techniques for colic and gas so you have a happier baby!
Positional Release
This low impact techniqe pushes the tissues together, essentially "tricking" the neurological system into relaxing the muscle. By putting the body into a position of comfort, over time this pain free therapy can reset the resting length of the muscle to its normal range.
Cupping
By using silicone cups to create a suction effect, this method effectively releases the fascia, which acts like a web surrounding the muscles and tissues. Cupping brings blood flow to the skin quickly, increasing circulation and allowing more movement in the area.
