Avenues for Health is equipped to work on a variety of conditions which can improve your quality of life. Below is a sampling of client requests I receive every day.

RELAXATION

Massage naturally relaxes the body. It can lower blood pressure, improve sleep, circulation and your immune system, and give you a much needed burst of energy!

TENNIS/GOLFERS ELBOW

A pain by any other name would be...tendonitis! 

Repetitive motion can inflame delicate tendons and cause pain. Get back to doing what you love with a targeted session!

Sharp pain down the leg may be an indication of a compressed sciatic nerve. Relieving pressure through massage may help!

STIFF NECK

Necks do a lot for us. Sleeping wrong, too much time on electronics, or poor posture can make us rubbing our shoulders in hopes for a little relief. Get some flexibility back with a session from Avenues for Health!

CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME

A compressed nerve in the wrist can cause numbness, tingling, and pain down the arm. Get to the root of the problem by releasing pressure on the nerves naturally through massage.

FROZEN SHOULDER
